Then we got started towards Stuart and Tara in "Agnes Water". From the campingsite, it was about 400 km. It went well on a pretty good road, until our GPS put us on a 15 km. "Dirt road". Apparently something has to go wrong with our navigation, when we are om holiday.
After a quick swim in the ocean, we arrived at Stuart and Tara. It was great meeting them, they are so nice. Tara wants to do everything for us, I think she will be a good guide for us.
we are now about 1200 km. from Cairns and we still have 2 more weeks, before we have to go home, so we are just going to take it easy for the next week or so.
It is quiet different here, compared to down south. Almost all the houses are built on piles. That should help keep the heat out of the houses in the summertime.
Now we have spoken so much english, that we are starting to think in english. The children understand a lot, but are a little shy when it comes to speaking it.
