The day arrived, when we were going on the boattrip. We got picked up at 8.40 am. on the campingsite and at 9.00 o´clock we were on the ocean. First stop was an Island, where we went a few kilometers up into the rainforest to get a view of the island and the ocean. Unfortunately the weather has'nt been with us to day. We have seen the sun a few times and had a couple of showers.

The area consists of a lot of small Islands and next stop was a super great "Bounty beach" with entirely white sand. Here we had our lunch. The crew grilled steaks and sausages on the beach, it was really good! Several times, when we sailed ashore, we saw the big sea turtles.

During lunch Nicolaj was attacked by a sea gull which, unfortunately for him, stole his steak of the plate. Other than that, we were swimming for a few hours, before we moved on to the coralreef, where we were going to snorkle. While we were eating, a large Guana shoved up.It is a kind of huge Lizard and this one was about 1,5 meters. (See the photo on the photosite)
By the reef, we all had a safety instruction in diving, and then it was just in the ocean. The first encounter with a fish, came as a little surprise to Claus, who jumped right dawn in "Elvis's" head. "Elvis" looked most of all like a lumpfish and was about 1 meter long and 1 meter tall. Otherwise he was very friendly. There were lots of fish in all the colors of the rainbow. The bottom were covered with beautifull corals. We took a lot of pictures under water. You must wait to see them, until they are developed. For those who didn't want to swim, there were a boat with a glass bottum, so you could se the corals and hand feed the fish.
