I must start by telling, that I thought, we were never going to get any sleep last night. When we were going to bed, a huge giant grasshopper on the size of a hand, were sitting on our refrigerator. The auto camper were in panic. Everybodey were yelling and sreaming. After a little while though, I (Susanne) catched the beast, but peace didn't come to the camper right away. Now everything had to be examined for other creeps. Finally everybody fell asleep (including Nicolaj).
Today we started out heading for Cains, about 130 kilometers. The trip went through large areas of rainforests. Once in a while, we also saw big beautifull flowering "christmas stars", some of them 2 meters tall..
Today we finally succeded in getting an update on the homepage. We were actually in the town Innisfall yesterday, while we were visiting the crocodile farm, but they had a little trouble at the internet café. We decided to try again today. They had the same problem, but luckily the owner (the gig) where at work. So.. after quite some messing around with the computer, finally there were a "hole" through.
We are now at the last stop with the camper for this time, and we have chosen the most luxurious campingsite, we could find. The first surprise we had were at check in, where we were shown around the site in a golfboogie car. The site is big and easy to get lost in, but it is really beautifull with the mountains all around us. Here is everything your heart can desire: Two swimmingpools of course, lots of BBQ's, all kinds of games, An outdoor big screen, where you can watch movies at night and lots of activities.
We spent the afternoon by the pool, relaxing.
