When we got up this morning, it were pouring dawn from the sky. It really is a strange climate here in northern Australia. Yesterday we were gasping in the heat, today it's a little cold and rainy.
It's a good thing, the bar is roofed...
Well, the plan was to spend the morning by the pool and go to Cairns city in the afternoon. Those plans were quickly changed and we took a cab to the city, where we spend most of the day in a shoppingmall. (Natasja has enjoyed the day...)
The weather cleared for a few hours and we got to see some of the city, where we bought the last few things.
Tomorrow we will start the journey towards Denmark. I actually think everybody is looking forward to go home. But I guess, that's how it should bee after a good vacation. Also it it will be nice to sleep in our own beds again!
When we returned the autocamperen we had actually driven more than 4000 kilometers. I wonder, if I can drive in the right side of he road, when we come home?!
We have missed different things from everyday life, but one thing we can agree on:
Ryebread with liver páte, Hamburger steak with gravy and potatoes, "grandma's" meatball's (Guess who..)

Saturday july 22. 2006 at 13.00 we fly from Cairns to Singapore by Darwin (Lokal time, is corresponding to 05.00 o'clock saturday morning in Denmark), arriving in singapore at 18.55.
Saturday july 22. 2006 at 23.00 we fly to Frankfurt, where we wil land at 05.40 sunday morning (lokal german time)
Sunday july 23. 2006 at 09.35 we fly to Copenhagen, where we land at 11.05 and if everything goes well, we will fly to Århus at 12.05., where we will land at 12.40. The name of the plane is SK 1257, and we really hope that we are getting picked up there. (Hans & Lissi)
I will call you from Copenhagen, when we are sure of reaching the plane. We hope there wont be to many delays during the journey.
