The day has arrived, where we have to leave Australia. We had arranged for the suitcases to be fetched at 10.00 o'clock (so we didn't have to drag them all the way to the bus) Like everything else at the Hotel, it worked out with no problems and as agreed, a bus came and took us to the airport in Cairns at 11.30. Right now, we are in Singapore airport and we have just been told, that the plane is two hours late. In return we have received tickets to free food, so the kids have gone to Mc Donalds..

We hope the two hours will hold because in that case, we still have two hours in reserve in Frankfurt.
Sunday.:
The two hours in Singapore were alright but the seats in Frankfurt weren't. SAS had overbooked the plane, so there weren't any seats for us. Angry, grumpy and tired ( after about 4 hours of sleep in the last 30 hours), they tried to ask if anyone would change their tickets to another departure and in return get 250 EU in advance, but of course no one would do that .At first they were doubting, that they could even get us on any plane today, but finally they found a departure to Billund at 16.10. Afterwards we will get a cap to Hadsten..
Right now, we are at gate 6, waiting for the clock to be 16,10., so we can go home to family and friends, whom we have missed alot.
